Role Description

Abotts is looking for an experienced and talented Microsoft Power Automation Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires working during U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-performance, responsive websites and has strong problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Flow).
  • Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Integrate data sources including SharePoint, SQL, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize existing automation solutions and data models for performance.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and security best practices.

 

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform connectors.
  • Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Azure, and Teams integration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Power BI are a plus.

 

American Shift Requirements:

  • This role requires availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams and ensure system maintenance during off-peak hours.
  • Night shift responsibilities may include monitoring system performance, addressing urgent issues, and implementing updates or changes to the Power BI environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules is essential.
