  • Monitor data synchronization, API connections, and middleware workflows.
  • Identify and implement automation or enhancement opportunities.

Governance & Process Optimization

  • Partner with Procurement Operations to streamline approval and intake processes.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and business procedures.
  • Identify system gaps and recommend scalable improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and supplier management workflows.
  • Experience integrating Coupa with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and/or Ironclad.
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot cross-platform integrations and data issues.
  • Proficiency in Coupa reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Coupa Process Automator, Supplier Risk Management, or Contract Management modules.
  • Knowledge of budget approval workflows and FP&A alignment.

  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A Coupa power user with the ability to start contributing from Day 1.
