IT / Technical Support Executive

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong computer knowledge and excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations, assist in system and software management, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update records of systems, users, and IT assets.
- Respond to user queries via email, chat, or phone and resolve issues promptly.
- Support onboarding and setup of new devices for employees.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, including security and compliance measures.
- Coordinate with other teams for project implementations, software updates, and deployments.
- Generate reports, track incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
- Help maintain workplace communication tools (email, messaging apps, collaborative platforms).
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Strong computer knowledge: Windows OS, MS Office Suite, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT management tools (Intune, SCCM, device management tools) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements (Optional)
- Basic knowledge of web applications, cloud platforms, or ERP systems.
- Ability to follow IT security protocols and compliance standards.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and departments.

American Shift Requirements:
- This role requires availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams and ensure system maintenance during off-peak hours.
