Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Integration/API testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery across end-to-end business workflows, including integrations and performance validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing across Oracle EBS and SCM business processes
- Validate integration flows and APIs between Oracle EBS and external systems
- Design and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar
- Execute performance and load testing using JMeter or equivalent tools
- Validate data accuracy through backend testing using SQL queries
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Collaborate with development, functional, and business teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules:
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Order Management (OM)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) (preferred)
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS technical components:
- Base tables
- SQL queries and joins
- Hands-on experience in:
- API Testing (Postman, SoapUI)
- Integration Testing
- Performance Testing (JMeter or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of JSON and XML data formats
- Experience working with Oracle Database
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Boomi or other middleware/integration platforms
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks (Selenium, etc.)
- Experience in cloud-based integrations
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
